How to redeem on PC/PS4/PS5:

Redeeming codes on PC and PlayStation is probably the easiest way to redeem codes! To start you’ll want to open up your Paimon menu, then click the Settings button. From there you want to go to Account

From here, simply click the Redeem Now button, type in or paste your code, and click submit! Within a couple seconds, you should get mail in your Genshin inbox with either the rewards for the code, or a message letting you know that the code was invalid.

How to redeem on iOS/android:

Unfortunately the above method doesn’t exist on mobile, but don’t fret! It is still quite easy to redeem codes, you’ll just have to do it through your browser and the HoYoverse website.

To get started visit This Link then fill out the displayed fields. The HoYoVerse website may ask you to sign in, go ahead and sign in with your Genshin account.

Once you filled out the required fields, click submit, and in the same fashion as the first method, you will receive in-game mail with your rewards!

How to get codes:

There are a few ways to get codes, the main way is during Genshin Impact livestreams. These happen over on Twitch, and during breaks they will often show redemption codes on screen! They can also sometimes be gotten from web events/posts on the official account of Genshin on the HoYoLab site.

In addition, if you haven’t yet redeemed it, the code GENSHINGIFT has been in the game for quite some time, and as of writing this still works. Redemption of this code is limited to one time per account.
